| 2 |  | Donations | S-0001 | NAVYLAX - Memorial Scholarship Donation | NAVYLAX is supporting an endowment for a post-secondary scholarship to a Navy Foundation Prep School. The scholarship will be administered through the USNA Alumni Association - Athletic and Scholarship Program. The endowment must reach $50,000 before it becomes a viable endowed scholarship. We will post the status here on NAVYLAX. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As of 1/20/10, the total is $2,600. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any single donation of $10,000 or more qualifies to allow the donor to add the name of a fallen comrade to the scholarship - preferably a former Navy Lacrosse player or USNA graduate. | 3 |  | Donations | 29 | NAVYLAX - Equipment Truck Campaign | NAVYLAX is conducting a Campaign to purchase an Equipment Truck for the Navy Lacrosse team, similar in style (although sized appropriately) to the Navy Football team truck. This effort is being led by the NAVYLAX Stewardship Committee. The Navy Football Alumni purchased the truck and donated it to he Federal Government, and now it is tagged and registered as a Government vehicle. That is the plan for the NAVYLAX Equipment Truck. The Truck will cost about $100,000 including truck, customization for mission, and a planned maintenance program. Building on two generous "seed" donations, of $1,000 each, we have initiated the campaign and we want to raise this money during the 2010 season. | 4 |  | Donations | D-0911 | 9/11 Heroes Run Donation | NAVYLAX is sponsoring the 2012 Navy Lacrosse team to run together as a team in the Annapolis 9/11 Heroes Run to be held on Sunday 9/11/11 - the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attack on American soil.
The cost of the run is $25 per player - and we are trying to raise enough money to pay for every player (60) to participate.
