FONL Gearing Up for Great Army-Navy Football Celebration - Come Join In !!

I heard from my favorite three Navy Lacrosse 2010 Moms today.

The Terrific Three - Lisa Schroeder, Marty Brosnan and Susan Moran are always rolling out new and great ideas.

Don't try to keep up - just join in the fun !!

Next up is the Army-Navy Football celebration. (PS. Don't ask what it takes to get these moms to celebrate - the threshold is low - just something involving their boys or the Naval Academy is plenty. =:-) - They LOVE their boys !! ).

=============== Army - Navy Football Tailgater ===============
Dear Friends,
The plan is set for FONL Army/Navy football parking and tailgate. Thanks to Catherine Haas for the following:

Arrangements have been made to reserve as many spots as needed for the Army/Navy Game FONL tailgate.
The cost per vehicle is $20.
The location is the Philadelphia Stadium Holiday Inn located at 900 Packer Avenue just off the exit of the Schuylkill Expressway.
There are entries off both 10th Street and Darian.

Anyone interested in reserving a parking spot please email Catherine Haas at cmhaas02@aol.com or call at 215-646-2022 by Saturday, December 5.

Your name will be placed on a FONL list. You will need to provide the attendant with your name and mention that you are with Friends of Navy Lacrosse. You will then be directed to the FONL tailgate location.

Payment is due upon entering the lot.

================ The Friday Night Before Army-Navy Party ==============
Dear FONL,
Just a reminder to get your reservation in to Gail Brinkmann for the Beat Army get together Friday night, December 11th prior to the Army/Navy football game.

A buffet dinner and drinks at Tir Na Nog, 1600 Arch St. in Philadelphia have been arranged for FONL.

Tir Na Nog is an Irish Tavern on the ground level of the Phoenix Building. The gathering will be held in the Atrium, a very beautiful room with a 30 foot ceiling and a capacity of approximately 200 people.

For the price of $35 per person, you will have the choice of salad, chicken marsala, shepherd's pie, pasta, and 2 drinks.

The party will begin at 7pm and run until 10pm.

We have a minimun requirement to make this event a GO and hope you will join us....It promises to be the perfect prelude to another Navy victory!
