01/02/2010 Cold and Windy - 28 days until UMBC Scrimmage !! Time is counting down - but the weather sure doesn't feel like lacrosse yet. My son and I played catch in the side yard yesterday, but the wind whipping down the South River made it so that we could barely hear each other. =:0 The Navy Lacrosse players are working out - lifting weights, running, hitting the wall - but they need to get on the field. They need to start getting into their rhythm. This is going to be a great year !! Go Navy !! Buddy Garland '84
