Navy to Host Loyola at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium on Saturday !!

Navy and Loyola Meet Up on the Lax Field for First Time in Better Than a Decade

� Eleventh-ranked Navy will look to push its record to 2-0 when the Midshipmen play host to No. 15 Loyola on Saturday afternoon ... action is set for 12:00 pm at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

� Saturday�s Navy-Loyola contest will be broadcast over the radio waves by WNAV (1430 AM, Annapolis; wnav.com) with Joe Miller handling the call, beginning with the Navy lacrosse pregame show at 11:45 am. In addition, the game will be streamed online via Navy All-Access with live stats also available at NavySports.com.

� Tickets for all Navy home men's lacrosse games may be purchased at the Navy Ticket Office at Ricketts Hall or on game day at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. For more information on tickets for Navy lacrosse games, call the Navy Ticket Office at 1-800-US4-NAVY. Ticket prices have been set at $10 for adults and $5 for students 17 and under.

� As a reminder, fans should enter the stadium through Gate 5 ... there is a $5 fee to park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

10 Navy has reached the 10-win marker in each of the last six seasons, a program record.

9 Following their 16-5 win over VMI last Saturday, the Midshipmen have now won nine consecutive season openers, outscoring their foes, 112-23.

8 The starting units for both the attack and midfield each scored eight points apiece in last week�s win over VMI ... Attack - 4G, 4A; Midfield - 6G, 2A

7 Seven of Navy�s 2010 opponents are ranked in the USILA Preseason Coaches Poll - North Carolina (4), Johns Hopkins (5), Maryland (7), Georgetown (13), Loyola (15), Bucknell (19), Colgate (20).

6 Navy is on tap to make six national television appearances in 2010 ... CBS College Sports will carry four games, while ESPNU will air two.
